Day-to-day:

Insight Global is looking to fill a Production Manager role for a fleet outfitter company. This is an 5-days a week onsite role in Langley BC. The Production Manager will drive success of the production team to ensure projects are being completed on time and correctly. Day-to-day would be comprised of coordinate day-to-day activities, collaborate with scheduling, sales, and purchasing teams to meet quality and delivery objectives, and resolve any roadblocks. You'll also plan and execute weekly and monthly schedules, update work orders, and coach the production team in a fast-paced environment.

Must Haves:

• 4+ years of production management experience
• 5+ years of customer facing experience
• Experience with relevant industries (automotive, mechanical, etc.)
• Has hands-on experience mechanical experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Experience with computers – work orders, managing excel documents, working in a job shop environment.
• Humble personality

Plusses:

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing
• Experience with NSM + CMVSS
