Proven track record of managing construction projects valued at over $10 million. Extensive experience with a prominent construction firm or leading mechanical contracting company. Proficiency in using construction management software platforms like Procore. Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated experience in leading a team. Willingness to travel between sites as needed (a car can be provided if necessary)
