Job Summary Responsible for supporting team on M&A including, financial modeling, business and finance diligence, and integration. Will be responsible for reviewing financial data and key business KPIs and creating and maintaining financial models. Will provide financial analysis and forecasts to leadership in the organization, and updates on financials results vs. plan. Will perform financial and business due diligence on potential targets. Will assist in tracking integration efforts to ensure on plan. Will act as a key contributor in a complex and critical area of the business.
