Description Builds and maintains internal relationships with key Operational and Sales professionals. Builds and maintains external relationships with customers, drivers, haulers, and end sites. Hires and manages internal drivers. Runs drivers and routing efficiently to maximize profitability while ensuring top tier customer service. Manages and maintains internal fleet and equipment. Create solutions to streamline the process, improve efficiency and drive profitability. Maximize throughput of volume into both our depacking and AD locations. P&L responsibility for business unit. Profile History of excellence in operational / logistics / transportation arenas Have excellent problem-solving skills in real-world scenarios.
