Hybrid role in Charlotte NC. Our client is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join their Capital and Asset Reporting and Analytics team within Asset Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and experience in capital and asset reporting and analysis. Experience with rate case analysis is highly desired but not required.

Pay: $51 - $61 per hour w2

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and reporting support for capital and asset reporting functions.
• Gather, interpret, and respond to regulatory requests related to rate case filings with state jurisdictions, with minimal oversight.
• Analyze and understand complex capital and asset accounting matters, exercising strong analytical skills and judgment.
• Prepare audit requests and conduct data analysis to support financial reporting.

Experience Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel and keen attention to detail.
• Project management experience is a plus
