IDR is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in Downtown Atlanta . This is a hybrid position (3 days/week onsite and 2 days remote); must be local to Downtown ATL!

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Salesforce Business Analyst:

• Lead Agile initiatives, manage backlogs, and guide sprint grooming efforts
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support Salesforce and Azure-based initiatives, leveraging expertise when applicable
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance Agile practices across the team
• This role is a potential 1.5-year contract or contract-to-hire role

Required Skills for Senior Salesforce Business Analyst:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Proven ability to lead Scrum meetings and manage Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of backlog management and sprint grooming techniques
• Experience with Salesforce and Azure is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
