Job Title: Program Manager - CMDB & Asset Management

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid/On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the ongoing management of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management program. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive strategy to improve our IT asset visibility, control, and management processes within our ServiceNow environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a roadmap for CMDB and Asset Management initiatives, aligning with business goals and IT priorities within our ServiceNow environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current CMDB and Asset Management capabilities within ServiceNow, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Lead the ongoing management and optimization of CMDB and Asset Management processes within ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including IT teams, business units, and senior leadership.
• Define and implement best practices for CMDB and Asset Management processes within ServiceNow, including data collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Provide training and support to IT teams on the use of CMDB and Asset Management features within ServiceNow.
• Generate regular reports on CMDB and Asset Management performance within ServiceNow, identifying key metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or related fields within a ServiceNow environment.
• Proven experience in program management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of IT processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management modules.
