Job Description

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, preferably supporting EHRs and EHR IT Infrastructure, specifically End User Device and Technical Dress Rehearsal experience ideal

3+ years of Epic technical/infrastructure/end-user devices/database administration experience

Experience being part of an Epic implementation

3+ years of experience planning, executing, and managing technical projects, such as software or hardware implementations, technology infrastructure initiatives and architecture, disaster recovery planning, EHR migrations, etc.

3+ years of experience working with complex IT infrastructure

Proven solid communication and organizational skills, and ability to track and communicate statuses to leadership teams

Experience ensuring effective integration of technology

Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Experience managing device lifecycle processes and working with device vendors

Desired Skills:

Epic systems knowledge or Epic certifications in client server infrastructure, database administration, or other relevant technical area ideal

Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an Epic Device Project Manager. This person will be responsible for owning the inventory, gap analysis, procurement, deployment, and testing of all end-user devices needed for our client's Epic implementation. Our ideal candidate will have been through an Epic implementation and will have an understanding of various end user devices, responsible for overseeing the implementation of Epic systems, with a particular focus on the integration of technology with end user devices. You will use your broad technical background across not only the Epic Infrastructure domain, but also with your knowledge of general IT, including networking, virtualization, storage, compute, etc.
