Optomi, in partnership with a leader within the fashion industry, is seeking an experienced Executive Support Engineer for their NYC location! This technical engineer will be responsible for white glove support, supporting both Mac and Windows devices, conducting work in a professional environment!
Responsibilities:
- Support executives/executive assistants.
- 25% Mac Support.
- 75% Windows Support.
- Utilize Intune, MDM of choice, and extensive IoS.
Qualifications:
- Windows, Office365 suite.
- MacOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- SCCM, JAMF.
- Teams, Zoom, AV.
- Wifi, VPN.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle high-pressure situations with discretion.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
