Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows administration, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, Windows Server Operating Systems, and Hyper-V. This role will involve managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server Operating Systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Administer Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy, including user account management, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Hyper-V environments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain system security measures, including patch management and antivirus updates.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to support and maintain the overall IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Experience with SCCM.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Extensive experience with Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Hyper-V environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Server+) are a plus.
