We are hiring an Engineering Manager in Hutto, Texas to join a leading subtractor in Texas.

This position offers a competitive package of $95,000/yr - $110,000/yr, with a profit-sharing bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage the implementation and expansion of FTTH projects across Texas
• You’ll handle permitting and ensure adherence to OSP construction standards.
• You’ll perform field staking or working with municipalities/local cities to maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• You’ll collaborate with supervisors to address backend construction requirements and revisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in OSP engineering/construction/design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of permitting processes and USDA code compliance.
• Experience in municipalities and quality assurance within OSP projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
