We are a Microsoft Gold Partner with a flourishing, AX business and we are looking to add a D365 Finance Consultant to our technically strong team in order to facilitate our growth.
Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience with a strong accounting background. Dynamics certifications will be gained in this role. This candidate should be self-motivated and disciplined and enjoy working directly with clients. Travel for this role is up to 50%, mostly in the South-Central U.S., but could require global travel within a couple of years.
Responsibilities:
- Successful implementation of practical business solutions using industry best practices
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics AX/ D365 modules
- Design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics AX/D365 finance, inventory, and manufacturing,
- Work with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct fit/gap analysis
- Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents
- Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization
- Lead projects—all accounting setup, system configuration
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or high-level accounting experience
- Minimum of 3 years Dynamics AX 2012/ D365 implementation experience
- Experience with leading ERP implementation projects from a financial perspective working with a variety of accounting methods
- Experience with the following areas:
- Finance
- Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
- Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Ability to travel up to 50%
