Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate the work activities of all clinical staff including working with admissions, and continuing care planning for clients.
• Accountable for resident care delivery and new client intakes when needed
• Monitor ongoing professional development of staff, including training
• Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures
• Establish work schedules and assignments for staff
• Collaborate with Fusion Clinical and Program Director and other company Directors to coordinate top-level resident care.
• Oversee compliance with NYS OASAS regulations and ensure quality, and compliance documentation of resident care at all times.
• Collaborate with leadership in the development of a healthy and dynamic workplace environment.
• On occasion, employees will engage in outreach activities to promote the organization to referral partners.s
• Interview, hire, train, appraise, discipline/terminate subordinate staff
• Other duties as assigned by the y supervisor
• Directly responsible for all OASAS required documentation and reporting.
• Ensure minimum therapy is 5 hours per week combining groups and individual therapy sessions.
• Train and supervise all on-site Staff regularly to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Oversight and implementation of Transportation for clients to and from the Fusion Clinic for MAT and additional clinical services and the Residence.
