We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and oversee the development of our SaaS platform and applications. This is a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring our product meets the dynamic needs of the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise architecture, development, and deployment of our SaaS platform and applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, partners, and investors.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure best practices in development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development with the following:
Back-End:
- .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core
- Entity Framework Core
- Experience with Azure Services, SQL databases, and query optimization
Front-End:
- JavaScript, React (hooks), Redux libraries
- SCSS, SASS, LESS, and responsive design
- RESTful API development and integration
- Practical experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) and component-based architectures.
- Proficient with version control systems such as Git or BitBucket.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, responsive, and cross-browser compatible applications.
- Experience with TypeScript, Webpack/Vite, and writing unit tests is a plus.
