Must-haves:

• 5 to 10 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Business and systems experience in manufacturing.
• Previous experience with Syteline.
• Previous experience managing/administering EDI/ASN.
• Previous leadership experience - will be overseeing an IT tech, System Administrator and Programmer

Day-to-Day:

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring that it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience managing a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
• Hire, mentor, and guide IT team members.
• Maintain the availability, integrity, and security of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Take an active part in the administration and maintenance of all IT systems, including EDI/ASN and project work.
• Lead IT projects from development to completion, on time and on budget.
• Develops, implements and maintains practices and policies consistent with the needs of the business.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts and vendors and service providers.
• Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Schedule and produce periodic reports regarding IT performance.
• Oversees adherence to Corporate IT standards, policies, and goals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
