Position: System Administrator Level 1

Location: Boca Raton, FL- 5x a week onsite

Salary Range: $60-70k

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years Experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and user account management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online , SharePoint , OneDrive , and Teams .
• Hands-on experience with Intune for device management.
• Familiarity with Jamf for managing macOS devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in relevant Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant IT certifications or equivalent work experience.

Day to Day:

Our client in the managed service industry is seeking someone to work full-time for their client in the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused System Admin to join their IT support team. This candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, Entra ID, and device management solutions. The position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of cloud and device management technologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality support.
