Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Partner with internal teams to capture detailed business requirements using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA. Ensure documentation is accurate, validated, and effectively communicated.
• Wireframes & Mockups: Develop wireframes, mockups, and other visual aids using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, AI, or MS Visio to support stakeholders in understanding project requirements.
• Project Support: Assist project managers in task coordination, progress tracking, and milestone achievement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to clarify requirements, foster strong relationships, and validate deliverables.
• Product Maintenance: Support defect tracking, manage the resolution process, and maintain product quality throughout its lifecycle.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business vision, objectives, and features, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to assess the impact and feasibility of proposed business solutions.
• Change Management: Support end-users in transitioning to new systems or processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
