Job Title: Vice President, Global Software Delivery

This is a key leadership role that will drive the global development and delivery of our client's custom software, a critical piece of our future growth.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Leadership Experience : Someone with a strong background in software development (12+ years), including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with global responsibilities.
• Big-Picture Thinker : Proven ability to scale teams, drive product roadmaps, and foster innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Tech-Savvy : Solid experience with agile development, DevOps, cloud environments, and software development lifecycle. Familiarity with modern architectures like microservices and emerging tech like AI/ML is a big plus.
• Team Builder : A collaborative leader who knows how to grow high-performing teams across regions while keeping the focus on quality and delivery.
• Adaptable and Driven : Someone entrepreneurial with great communication skills who can balance strategic vision and operational needs.
