We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Technology Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and cultivating strong professional relationships, navigating complex and decentralized organizational structures, and delivering on commitments on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to earn trust and influence without management authority.
- Align technology roadmaps with business strategic objectives and secure consensus and buy-in from stakeholders.
- Develop strategic plans and budgets and provide focused and meaningful updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive the achievement of financial objectives and contribute to overall business success.
- Package, position, sell, and deliver Digital Growth & Transformation solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize engagement narratives.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for IT initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Broad understanding of the technology landscape, including Azure cloud solutions, SDLC, solutions architecture, systems development and integration, third party systems evaluation, etc.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in large enterprise sales and complex environments.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partner development, or alliances management.
- Proven experience in developing budgets, roadmaps, and program/project plans.
- Experience in building initiatives with a partner ecosystem and innovation programs.
- Insurance industry experience is required, strong experience in the Human Resources and/or Finance fields is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use investigative insight and thoughtful structures.
- Experience in escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in negotiating complex agreements.
- Positive team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality results and maintaining high standards.
- Strategic thinker passionate about driving results and building relationships.
