Job Summary:
We seek an experienced immigration paralegal who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in immigration law and be prepared to manage a high volume of cases. Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Handle a high volume of client communications, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Evidence Collection & Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze evidence to support various immigration applications and petitions.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to assist attorneys with case preparation and strategy.
Government Communication: Interface with government agencies on behalf of clients to manage case filings and resolve issues.
Case Preparation: Assist in preparing business, employment, and family-based immigration cases, including petitions and supporting documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Must have prior experience in the immigration law field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
