CV Resources has partnered with an established and successful company in Manhattan Beach whose seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide support in creating and managing spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to compile and analyze data effectively.
- Assist with onboarding and quickly adapting to new software and tools, showcasing a strong ability to learn and apply technology efficiently.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations, leveraging technical skills to format and deliver polished materials.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software,
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Commutable to Manhattan Beach (in office)
