CV Resources has partnered with an established and successful company in Manhattan Beach whose seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Provide support in creating and managing spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to compile and analyze data effectively.
  • Assist with onboarding and quickly adapting to new software and tools, showcasing a strong ability to learn and apply technology efficiently.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations, leveraging technical skills to format and deliver polished materials.


Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software,
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Commutable to Manhattan Beach (in office)
