We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the electronic management of documents, including but not limited to digital filing, maintaining files, and data entry. This role requires proficiency in navigating and utilizing Outlook, Excel, and Word for tasks such as copying and pasting, inserting, typing, and saving documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic documents by performing digital filing, maintaining files, and data entry.
- Utilize Outlook, Excel, and Word for various document management tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry and document management processes.
- Maintain organized and accessible digital filing systems.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Successful completion of a typing test and computer skills test for Excel and Word, with results to be provided on the resume.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
