A successful, global asset, and investment management real estate company headquartered in Miami is looking to hire immediately a new human resource team member.
The Human Resource Coordinator is the face of the department and is in the office daily for most of the year when not traveling (25%) for college fairs in Feb/March and Aug/Sept).
The Human Resource Coordinator role is a 50% administrative role and 50% hands-on HR functions and will be supporting the VP of Human Resources and the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Onboarding new hires, maintaining candidate documentation in the ATS system, dealing with calendar management, scheduling for hiring managers, reference checks, tracking candidates in the application process, special projects, and much more. Qualifications
4-year degree required (ideally HR or Business)
1-2 years experience in Human Resources is required
Looking for an outgoing, highly detailed, individual with excellent communication skills.
