Manufacturing Document Control Specialist
Our client, a global leader in medical manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Document Control Specialist to join their dynamic team in the medical manufacturing sector. This role is critical in managing and maintaining the integrity of all manufacturing documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Focus:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation systems in accordance with ISO and FDA regulations.
- Control the issuance of document numbers, revisions, and archiving of obsolete documents.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure documentation reflects current processes and specifications.
- Review and approve documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the training of staff on document control processes and procedures.
- Coordinate document activities with multiple departments to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Manage document retrieval and distribution during audits and reviews.
Skill Set:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related technical field, such as a two-year accredited technical college program or a four-year university program, is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a project-based or technical setting, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and document control software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in a medical manufacturing environment.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining document control systems.
- Ability to train and guide team members on document control practices.
