Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
Job Type: Full time, Perm, on-site
Salary: Up to $65,000/year depending on experience
Location: Fort Lee, NJ
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken individual to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Coordinator for our client located in Fort Lee, NJ. This associate will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, and partnering with the Outside Sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Outside Sales to generate leads and provide sales support via documentation
- Create quotes
- Provide spec sheets
- Follow up on leads
- Close sales and meet sales targets
- Order processing
- Communicate with clients both via email and phone call to identify sales needs and opportunities
- Keep up with product and lead time updates
- Create and maintain database of current and potential customers
- Research and qualify new leads o Keep up to date on market changes
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office required
- Data analysis and Excel with BI capabilities
- Experience in data entry/processing/database software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organization skills and ability to multitask o Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Phone and cold calling skills a plus
- Strong listening skills and sales skills
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth sales process and meet targets
