Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager at Reflectionz Hair Salon. The Salon Manager will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, handle customer inquiries, ensure a high level of customer service, and participate in hiring and training activities.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology and Hair Care expertise
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and Training staff
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational and Leadership abilities
• Knowledge of salon operations and industry trends
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Certification in Cosmetology or related field is a plus
