Pressed Juicery is hiring a temporary Executive Assistant!

This position is a temporary appointment to perform the duties and responsibilities of an employee on maternity leave. The position is in office 5x a week.

About the Role

As a trusted leader supporting our senior leadership team, the Executive Assistant supports communications by coordinating and booking meetings, phone calls, and interviews, as well as providing copywriting/editing support, event coordination, and fundraiser outreach. The Executive Assistant also drafts documents, books conference rooms, coordinates travel logistics such as hotel stays, and provides communication packets for meeting stakeholders.


This position is a temporary appointment to perform the duties and responsibilities of an employee on maternity leave. The position is in office 5x a week.

  • Full-time training begins February 3 – February 14.
  • Full-time, temporary coverage runs from February 17 – April 11.
  • Half-time, temporary coverage runs from April 14 – May 9.


Key Responsibilities Include

  • Manage the calendars for our GC + CPO (General Counsel and Chief People Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and CEO (Chief Executive Officer).
  • Schedule board meetings, Executive Leadership Team meetings, Pressing Forward calls, support center events, off-site tours, and employee recognition events.
  • Partner with GC to coordinate legal request process.
  • Assist in setting up internal and external meetings and conference calls.
  • Partner with our SVP, People & Culture in in preparing Board of Director reports, Executive Leadership Team presentations, Town Hall presentations, and collateral other corporate events.
  • Assist with the research and planning of fundraising activities.
  • Assist at fundraising meetings, events.
  • Assist in acquiring/developing new programs and initiatives.
  • Proofread and grammar check documents, decks, etc.
  • Assist with travel arrangements of our senior leadership team.
  • Submit expense reimbursements for our senior leadership team.
  • Create decks for presentations.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Work experience in retail or hospitality, and/or a passion for Health/Wellness are a plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in adapting to new software and communications tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to adhere to confidentiality and approach situations diplomatically.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be able to work on-site five days per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm).
