Good Ranchers is looking for Customer Experience Representatives to join our team in Houston, Texas! Our Customer Experience Representatives act as a liaison to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging issues that customers may face. Our team members are energetic, empathetic, and genuinely excited to help customers. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat satisfaction
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, chats, and any other inbound communications
- Promote our 100% American meat and subscription service benefits to current and potential customers
- Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or subscription queries
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints through excellent problem-solving skills
- Proactive in reaching out to customers to ensure complete satisfaction with purchases in order to prevent churn
- Gather common feedback and escalate queries and concerns to management
- Complete other duties at the discretion of management
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable on phones in an open-concept workspace
- Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced service environment
- Strong grammar/spelling and written communication skills
- Available between 25-40 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)
