Job Description

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to work for our client in the Education industry. Apply now for consideration!


Contract: Expected Duration: Feb 18th, 2025- May 23rd, 2025 (13-Week Assignment)

Location: Apple Valley, MN (Onsite)

Pay Range: $20.67/hour

Training: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40 hours for 2 weeks onsite)

Post training schedule: Mon- Friday: 30 Hours/ Week (CAN will start between 6:00-7:30 AM)


Brief Summary:

This position involves troubleshooting technical issues, educating users on the use of software, and ensuring a high-quality partner experience for educators and educational staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support via calls, emails, and chats for our client products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries related to product functionality, test preparation, and reporting.
  • Guide users through diagnostic procedures and replicate issues when necessary.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with educators, offering support in a calm and empathetic manner.


Requirements:

  • Customer service experience, with a background in retail, food service, or technical support.
  • Basic understanding of consumer-level technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus (training provided).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in call center, technical, or product support roles.
  • Educational backgrounds such as teaching assistant or school support roles are encouraged to apply.
