Do you have the following experience:

• 5+ years of business litigation experience
• Experience with case management of large cases
• Experience with Trial Preparation and Attendance at Trial
• Responding to discovery request.
• Experience with e-discovery databases
• Billing Time
• Must be able to work Overtime
• Must be able to travel
• Bachelor's Degree is Required
