Business Excellence
• Plays an active role by providing support in the achievement of goals and assisting with all types of work across the department. Work effectively with the team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives. (Daily task, duties, requests, order follow-up, creating reports, etc. – routine and repetitive).
• Interchangeably work between answering calls and servicing concurrent digital messages (i.e., phone, SMS text, email, etc.) while completing various tasks related to customer service and assist with general information requests.
• Coordinates and interacts effectively with other departments including but not limited to HR, Sales, Production, and Shipping Departments to ensure high level of customer service and timely expedition of requests.

Experience:
• Required: HR administrative or related office work experience
Education:
• Required: High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Preferred: Associate/bachelor’s degree
