Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager with experience working for a mechanical subcontractor. This role involves overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects, managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for mechanical subcontractor projects.
• Coordinate with general contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
• Manage change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
• Resolve any on-site issues to maintain project timelines and quality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management with a mechanical subcontractor.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
