The Patient Access Manager in the Emergency Department is responsible for overseeing the operations of patient registration, admissions, and front-end revenue cycle processes to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Patient Access Manager collaborates with clinical staff and other departments to optimize patient flow and enhance the overall patient experience.
