Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Manager at Environmental Products & Accessories in Hixson, TN. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing support to customers, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
