Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our Client Support Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and addressing various service inquiries related to Morgan Stanley accounts with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

Pay rate : $19.17 hr.


Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries regarding Client's Cash Management products and services

Provide support for Morgan Stanley Online (client website) and Mobile app

Address general account and financial-related questions

Consistently meet key department performance metrics

Deliver World-Class Service in all client interactions

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely

Proficiency in multitasking and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to group success

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Basic understanding of financial services and products (preferred)

Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with computer systems and software

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Time management and organizational skills
