LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a company in Queens, NY is seeking an experienced Landlord-Tenant Paralegal to join their team.

This role is onsite to start with one day remote after initial period.

Landlord-tenant law experience required. Managerial and/or Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with landlord-tenant and litigation matters
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Managing and tracking court matters
• Communicating with tenants, courts, and property managers
• Creating legal documents
• Providing general legal support

Requirements:

• 1+ years of recent landlord-tenant paralegal experience
• Experience with Yardi preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $70,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience. Candidates with manager-level experience with higher requirements are encouraged to apply.
