RPA Business Systems Analyst/ Developer

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of operations support and process management experience within the asset management or financial services industry, specific experience with requirements gathering related to RPA processing preferred but not necessary.
• Experience with configuring Xceptor and Automation Anywhere Robotic Process Automation tool, other tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath) is plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills. Experience designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, including senior management, technical and non-technical personnel.
• Extensive experience in Agile project lifecycle management.
• Strong technical, analytical, and business knowledge. Excellent technical understanding of underlying relevant technical architecture and business processes.
• Strong project management skills, proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred.
