Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a caseload of insurance defense cases, including general liability, premises liability, and auto accidents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with team members and clients to develop effective case strategies.
• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Connecticut bar license.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
