Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Attorney at Ryder & Phelps, P.C. The Senior Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling various aspects of family law in our Westford, MA office and within the Massachusetts court system.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise in Family Law
• Ability to manage caseload and assist with incoming consultations
• Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
• Strong negotiation skills in and outside of the courtroom
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts
