Job Title: Office Talent Advisor
Pay Range: $24 - $26/hr
Location: Split shift supporting Talent Business Partner:
- Monday-Wednesday: 8am - 5pm
- Thursday-Friday: 10am - 7pm (to support 2nd and x shifts as needed)

The Office Talent Advisor will work with the Talent Business Partner to create and implement talent strategies that support business goals. This role focuses on performance management, workforce planning, and helping business leaders with talent-related needs. Key Responsibilities:
Business Support:
- Help supervisors and managers with talent-related tasks under the guidance of the Talent Business Partner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with job postings, tracking headcount, and managing requisitions.
- Work with business leaders to build talent plans for organizational growth.
- Use talent data to help improve the work environment.
- Align talent strategies with business goals by working with key stakeholders.
Employee Experience:
- Support employee engagement programs like surveys, stay interviews, and action planning.
- Use employee feedback to create development opportunities.
- Help create an inclusive and supportive workplace.
- Assist with programs like annual performance reviews, merit cycles, strategic talent reviews, and internal mobility.
- Help plan employee engagement events both on-site and off-site.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned, including helping with employee celebrations and special events.

- Experience in talent management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to use data to drive decisions.
