- One will lead a furniture development effort and the other will support a wastewater project.
- One Project Engineer should have a background or experience in composite materials and be able to lead an engineering effort related to Lavatory Panel Design and certification.
- One Project Engineer should have a background or experience in electronics and be able to lead an engineering effort around Lavatory Electronics including the systems wiring and lighting
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a cross-functional engineering team to develop, qualify, certify, and integrate aircraft interiors to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Manage requirements, including compliance deliverables to the customer, internal requirements documents, as well as validation and verification of system-level requirements.
• Documents various program activities such as risk management, earned value, resource management, decisions, action item capture and closure and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure that the development activities are executed in compliance with the Program Development Plan, all applicable Standard Work and applicable procedures.

• Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with program management, design engineering, certification authorities, and other team members to achieve elegant and reliable solutions.
• Cost & Schedule Management: Managing costs, schedules, and risks associated with the program.
• Critical Path Analysis: Perform critical path analysis and implement work-around plans to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications We Prefer
• Aerospace experience
• Certification experience including working with FAA, EASA, or designated representatives
• Previous experience in engineering, product development, operations, quality
• Proven experience with presenting to customers and leadership
• Program Management skills including IMS development and Earned Value
