Looking for a Maintenance Planner to coordinate and improve maintenance activities across multiple organizational sites. This role involves implementing preventive maintenance strategies, facilitating effective communication between maintenance and operations teams, and driving initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

• Must be available to travel within Canada and the USA approximately 20% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of practical planning experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Maintain and oversee maintenance records for all sites.
• Use CMMS data to generate reports on maintenance KPIs and create dashboards highlighting equipment status (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, availability, PM completion rates).
• Act as the organization's Total Preventive Maintenance champion.
