AmLaw firm is seeking an associate with two to three years of construction law/litigation or government contracting experience to join the Construction and Design Practice Group in our Seattle office. Our projects include a wide variety of legal work representing public and private owners, general contractors, and engineers with pre-project planning and risk assessment, contract drafting, claim management and preservation, and litigating disputes.
Qualified candidates will have:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
- Two to three years of construction law/litigation or government contracting experience;
- Washington bar admission; and
- Strong communication and writing skills.
For Seattle applicants only, the salary range for this position is $205,000 - $235,000. Pay is determined based on depth of experience in the practice area. The individual hired for this position may have the option of electing a lower billable-hours track with a proportional reduction in salary.
