Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including commercial disputes, white-collar investigations, and class action lawsuits.
- Represent clients across various industries, with a focus on financial services and healthcare, in all stages of litigation, from initial investigation to trial.
- Collaborate with a team of former prosecutors and seasoned litigators to conduct high-level internal and criminal investigations, providing reports to boards or C-suite executives.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on compliance and risk management, helping them proactively avoid litigation where possible.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning legal strategies with clients’ specific business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
- Extensive litigation experience, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, white-collar investigations, or class actions.
- Government or prosecutorial experience, particularly with federal or state agencies, is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes litigation and deliver outstanding results.
- Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to align legal strategies with clients’ commercial objectives.
