We are looking for entry-level candidates to play an active role in retail marketing campaigns on behalf of our client to generate new sales. Individuals will play an active role in the direct marketing and sales process. Our ideal candidate is someone who also portrays a great positive attitude and works well with others.
As a Sales Marketing Assistant, you will be the face of our clients' brands, engaging directly with customers in retail locations. The primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, promote products, and drive sales through effective face-to-face marketing campaigns.
*This is an on-site position in Tacoma, WA*
Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute in-store marketing campaigns
- Maintain current relationships with clients by reaching brand exposure goals
- Comfortable working hands-on to set up and organize event equipment
- Engage with customers, promote and generate new customer accounts, and assist existing customers
- Communicate well with customers in an on-site, retail setting
- Present the customers with products and services tailored to their needs
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work and drive in the United States.
- A high school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to forge strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a keen interest in sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
