Litigation Associate (2+ Years) for large firm , Charlotte office : seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in general commercial, securities, M&A- or corporate governance-related, or antitrust litigation; SEC enforcement; or criminal and regulatory investigations. Strong academics and writing skills are a must, and a federal judicial clerkship is a definite plus.
