Job Description:
- Supporting the manager in managing the vendor relationship. The vendor is providing guard and reception services. Communicating with them around deployment, scheduling, issues.
- Manage the site guard force vendor relationship by understanding how to engage, incentivize, and motivate the team, ensuring compliance with SLAs while maintaining a strong focus on KPIs.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate the company's culture, values, and strategies into practical applications for safety and security.
- Security Advocacy: Clearly promote key security principles and guidelines, continually updating a playbook of best practices.
- Aid the Global Safety and Security leadership team in advancing various initiatives, acting as the project coordinator for high-visibility projects across the organization. Tasks may include developing SOPs, arranging stakeholder meetings, facilitating training, and managing key initiatives that uphold our standards and represent the Global Safety and Security organization effectively.
- Stay informed about initiatives within the Safety and Security organization and proactively identify opportunities for collaboration with stakeholders, aiming to improve efficiencies and streamline operations to eliminate redundancies.
Qualifications:
- Corporate security background.
- Solid Vendor management skills.
- Understand and meet the evolving needs and expectations of vendor partners and avoid co-employment risks.
- Strong communication skills and soft skills.
