Robert Half is currently working with an established company in Naples that has an immediate need for an HR Generalist to join their team. This person will supporting the Human Resources Director and will assist with managing all aspects of human resources operations including employee onboarding, benefits, and compliance. Located in Naples, Florida, this role is central to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring company policies are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the recruitment process by identifying and hiring candidates with experience in the required field in collaboration with department managers.
- Oversee the onboarding process of new hires and manage employee recognition programs.
- Ensure adherence to training requirements including safety training, anti-harassment workshops, and certifications.
- Responsible for administering compensation and benefits, assisting with disciplinary actions for employees, and other employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, updating policies and practices as needed.
- Work closely with the HR DIrector and stay up to date about trends, compliance changes, and other employment laws/regulations.
- Responsible for additional duties as assigned by management.
