Responsibilities
Specialize in servicing and repairing complex office products.
Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
Provide 2nd level technical support to fellow technicians.
Meet productivity levels according to workload and experience.
Identify revenue opportunities through supply leads, contract sales, and assessments.
Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating technical expertise.
Conduct diagnostics, installations, removals, and retrofits.
Complete technical training on new equipment.
Train new and existing technicians and conduct technical seminars.
Serve as a communication link for unresolved technical issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional relationships with company personnel.
Qualifications
Technical skills acquired through completion of technical school.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including 2 years as a Technology Service Consultant I.
One Industry Certification required with sustained performance at an expected level for at least 2 years.
Valid state driver's license and appropriate auto insurance as per company policy.
