1 year contract with lieklyhood of extension

Pay rate: $30-40/hour

on-site 5 days a week


Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to support the Engineering team in a GMP-regulated environment. This role requires strong documentation skills, a basic understanding of technical systems, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team success. The candidate will support engineers in managing projects, coordinating vendor interactions, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Role Overview:

  • Support for engineering tasks with a focus on documentation and GMP processes .
  • Maintain meticulous records in alignment with GMP requirements.
  • Logbook entries, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.
  • Review and ensure annual compliance of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
  • Expected to work independently after a training phase on technical systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance and proactive oversight, including reviewing contractor work and verifying task completion.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Logbook entries, tracking meetings/action items.
  • Reviewing and maintaining ECPs (Engineering Change Processes).
  • Handling vendor processes (e.g., forms, access, GMP compliance).
  • Purchasing and inventory tracking.

Team & Scope:

  • Currently supporting 6 engineers in Building 68 (50–60 occupants).
  • Potential to expand scope to Building 69 if the role proves effective.
  • Reporting to Engineering Lead of building but supporting all 6 engineers with task

Must Haves:

  • Background in engineering with exposure to technical systems
  • Familiarity with GMP environments and documentation.
  • Proficient in tools like SharePoint, OneNote, Microsoft Project
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to build out and optimize existing processes.
